Has anyone tried running the new Final Cut Suite 2 on a Mac Mini (Core 2 Duo, max RAM)?
Curious to how it performs.

I gotta say those are about the most absolute minimum specs to run FCS2 with. I'm running it comfortably on an iMac with maxed specs, but the most RAM you can put in the mini is 2G, and the processor isn't as big as one might hope (the Coyote guys cut their movie on a 2.0Ghz iMac though) but you could probably still get by. What really might trip you up is the lack of a FireWire 800 port. With so little maximum hard drive space available, you've gotta have externals, and they gotta be fast. Good way to get a lot of dropped frames.
