Why didn't it work? What error message did you see?

Nothing, it finished burning and it was compelte, then i put the DVD back into my mac to test it, and when i try to play it nothing happens..Its a grey screen...Whats the proper way to import the compressed file into DVD Pro 4?

If your files are compressed to the correct format you should be able to import the content into DVDSP into the Assets. After that you have to place the video files into the timeline along with it's audio.
Were you able to preview the DVD in DVDSP?

Ya...The funny thing is in compressor, i added the folder which is 90 minutes, so it applied the audo and the video to it. I then hit submit. When it was all done, i had an m2v file on my desktop. I'm guessing the audio is in there?

The audio and video should be separate files. That's typically how it is exported, even when using QTP.

Have you ever had this problem using DVDSP before?

Never used it, first time. I usually go with Toast...I might have to just do that again.

Como, did you add a video track to the project? Is there a menu with a button that links to the video track?
Or were you trying to have the dvd autoplay without a menu?

If you can preview the session within DVDSP I don't see why it won't burn properly (without actually seeing your screen and setup).
I always use Toast.

Here is an article that explains how to make a simple dvd in DVDSP that autostarts -- no menu or anything. Hope it sheds light.

One easy way is to export Quicktime file from FCP. Once that reference file is done, you can import that as an asset.
