yet again im having problems...

its me again, sorry. but i just started having this really weird problem. my old clips are fine, but the new clips come out squeezed. the really strange part is that they're in the exact same timeline. and if i get an old clip out of the bin that's already in the same timeline it still comes out squeezed. here's what im talking about.

also, the new clips in the timeline have the little yellow line over it which means proxy and i have no idea what that term really means, sorry.

Click the reset tab on the aspect ratio and distort settings in your motion tab.
