Some dvxusers, including me have the 7" and are satified.
IMHO itīs the best choice of the low end solutions.
There are also already some threads about it going on.

I rented one last weekend for a shoot and while small it was pretty clear. It is a little contrasty (bright halos around dark objects on a medium background) I didn't have time to play with the settings though.
