Howdy All, Looking For An On Camera Light, Preferably Something Semi Portable, Possibly With An On Camera Battery So I Dont Have To Lug A Bunch Of Crap Around, So What Do You People Think Are Good??? Purpose Of The Lamp Would Be For Filming Kids B-day Parties And Filming In Resturants Where The Subjects May Not Be Lit Well, COST IS NOT THE MAJOR CONCERN BUT A FACTOR AS ALWAYS.
THX, PM

For about $1,000 you can get a high-power 100 watt light with softbox and heavy duty battery belt (Anton Bauer, etc). If you're okay with a lower wattage solution, consider the Varizoom VZS2010C for $400 (and you can even use your Canon batteries).
Good luck, Michael
