Sanyo's announced their first AVC-HD model, the Xacti HD1000.

Records a full 1920x1080 to SD cards or SDHC cards, also records 720p at a 1280x720; that makes it the first 720p AVC-HD camcorder. And, its 720p is 720/60p, not 30p like the Aiptek (I think the Aipteks are only 720/30p, right?)

The translated article says it's not AVC-HD, but the official Sanyo site says "camera with MPEG-4 AVC HD technology http://www.sanyo.de/images/leer.gif". Not sure which is which now that I look at it.
