Yes. Absolutely. Did you see the guy who does Lego art on The Colbert Report? This makes that look like child's play...literally.

I wonder if one could make a camera body and various accessories using Lego.

The ones he presses at the start of the video? They select the color of the various parts of the car! That's the toally coolest part, it's interactive! :)

Those things were pretty cool, but I was talking about a functional camera and accessories that could snap on.

Lego would make a pretty sturdy housing for digital camera components, and any chipped or broken pieces would be a snap to replace...no pun intended.
