Error rendering .mov's

It just started doing this today and I can't figure out why. Other file formats work fine but every time I try to render a .mov i get and error. It starts with the following and then there's a whole bunch of gibberish. Help?

my friend had the same problem, but with 7.0... don't know why... i've enver had the problem nor anyone I know who has Vegas... sorry man...

its working again today. i have no idea what the deal is. i just hope it doesn't happen again at crunch time or something.
