Questions before buying.

I'm looking into buying this camera however I have two questions.
1) How does it preform in low light? Not night time but regular indoors shooting I currently use a Cannon ZR70 and it is not to good with indoor shoots.
2) How loud is it? I have a cheep microphone and I may get a hot shoe mic. But I am just wondering.

1) It will be much more better than ZR70 but still it is a gray area and the performance is very much related to the expectancy of the user. It may be great for one but not enough for another.

2) The motor noise is not an issue especially compared to ZR series.
