Video Velocity Issue

Hi,

I have a video playing and in the middle I did a freeze frame for 1 second and then resumed the video. The problem I noticed is the audio won't sync with the freeze frame. Therefore, after the freeze frame, the audio is out of sync with the video.

Can someone please help me on this.

Yep - I have found that when I do a freeze frame, I like to split the track so that I can more easily keep the audio in sync. Split it where you want to do the freeze frame, and then split it again where you want to start motion again. This way you have 3 clips - the video in sync, the frreeze frame, and the continuation of the video (Hopefully in sync).
