alright alright, sorry it's german!

But eventhough the HVX needs LOADS of light compared to my former camera the Sony VX2000 and PD170 and due to the fact the 75% of the lights were red... the image looks quite well.

Hey Marc, nice footage!

Very nice colors and blacks, but it´s a little too shakey for my personal taste. There are at least three cameras. Were they all HVX 200s?

Business must be good. :)
I thought about buying an HVX but went for the Canon HX A1 instead because I don´t get hired regularly enough to justify the extra 2.500 Euro.

I´m currently finishing my Honours thesis. Let me know if you are ever short on cameramen or editors, I´m still living in Berlin.

Your former colleague, Roland Öller.

Hi Roland!
How have you been?

Thank you, well I just had my HVX-200 and my PD-170 in use that night.

I just made it look like three cameras (at least).

First off I was about to get the XH A1 too but then I thought that I would prefer the DVCPRO HD codec instead of HDV, even though the price was higher and archiving P2 cards is a bit of a pain compared to putting tiny and cheap DV tapes into a drawer.

Well we are going to shoot several non-profit shorts and a few music videos in the near future and I am sure I can always need a good hand to help!

Writing English with a former colleague and German speaker
feels a bit odd ;)

Cheers, Marc
