When you state “resources” what I understand is you are looking for actors, right? If you want actors I know some but most are Latinas…I only have the web page for one she is SAG but signed an agreement so she can work Non-Union.

If you are looking for web pages so you can post what you want…some of the best ones I know are backstagewest.com, lacasting.com …but I think you will have pay some kind of fee. Backstage west is the best if you want to contact a big pool of NU actors.
