Just saw it today. I was a fan of the first two films so I was pretty excited. Unfortunately the movie was just DUMB, DUMB, DUMB...and not in a good way. Nothing that anyone does make any sense except as a punchline. The villains must be as dumb as rocks (and they act that way too) judging on their master plan.
The whole "Jackie Chan has a half brother" thing was terribly executed and make me winced every time they're on screen together. And sadly enough, Chris Tucker got most of the laughs here with his one liners...his many, many one liners, some of which actually border on being offensive.
It said something about a film when the outtakes they showed at the end were funnier than the film itself.

I expected as much. Haven't seen it. Just wasn't interested this go round. I guess it was because ithey took too long on the 3 installment and I lost interest.
Jackie Chan's outtakes are always more entertaining than his movies...

I stopped caring about these guys after (no...During) RH2 when I realized that the script was essentially RH1's with the role's reversed.
Chan: "Do you unnerstan the wurds coming out my mouth?" and other instances.

Actually, it probably got banned in China because it offended sensibilities with the overt Asian stereotypes in the film. Except that they're not funny; they're just plain obnoxious.
Add to the fact that one of the most prominent pointless punchlines that the producers seem to have endorsed for the promotional campaign, "You're Asian, stop humiliating yourself!" is offensive to both Asians and Frenchies. I was not impressed... I mean, how is that even remotely funny?!

One of my bestfriends mother is a close personal friend of jackie chan. She produces his line of clothing in China. My friend and co. went to the premiere and after party.
Now theres a photo of his mom hugging paris hilton on his refrigerator.... So weird....
