Audio wont render out

I'm getting a very strange problem in Sony Vegas 7.0e. I have my film ready to render out, and I have already rendered the mpg2 file for DVD, but when I try to render the audio as an .ac3 file, it starts the render then stops at around 4% and then doesn't get past that. I tried rendering out to a wav file to then convert that wav to .ac3 but the wave file can't render either. It gets stuck always around 4%. Anyone have any ideas about this?

UPDATE: Strangely enough, on the smaller sequences, the audio renders out no problem. In the master sequence where I have many embedded sequences, it won't. I'm not sure what's up.... Any help would be appreciated!

Ok well I found out that the problem was the two Audio Busses I had going. I just deleted the two audio busses and that solved the problem. Anyone know why this would happen? It seems like a bug or something but I'm curious to find out more information if anyone else knows.
