Best Lens for use with HVX

I have seen some beautiful footage shoot with 35mm lens.

How can I set up my HVX200 to capture images? Yes, I know that it all depends with a good DP.

However, which lens can I buy to get the best depth of field without breaking the bank.

Can I use any 35mm lens from an SLR lens? What is the best low-cost but high quality lens.?

Does the RED ROCK give the same look without the lens?

You would need a range of lenses (not just one) along with the 35mm adapter of your choice.

Redrock (or any other adapter) won't give you anything without a lens attached to it.
