MXF vs. DV Rack AVIs?

I just wanna know if the video quality of a MXF HVX clip [shot on P2\Firestore] is the same as the one recorded using DV Rack HD?

MXF allows four channels of audio, while the DV Rack clips have only two, but what concerns me the most is the video.

I guess it should be at least 99 % identical in terms of quality [compression, artifacts, etc.]

The codec of the DV Rack files is different from the MXFs generated files but it should be quite identical, I guess...

Could anyone with experience with both medias ascertain this?

The video quality should be identical since both DV Rack and the FS-100 just dump the data coming from the camera to disk -- they don't manipulate it at all, they just write into a container file.
