Check out the movie Bleeding Rose. It's an interesting bold movie. An ambitious slightly controversial slasher/drama shot using the DVX100A on a shoestring budget. It's really a creative feature length film recommended for indie filmmakers.
The DVD has some nice extras, including a behind-the-scenes look showcasing the limited resources the filmmakers had. Very insightful!
Although not perfect (what low-budget indie is?), Bleeding Rose does a great job demostrating what independent filmmakers with very little resources, no money, and a lot of drive and imagination can accomplish.
And if it gives those of you dreaming of making a feature movie that boost to go out and do it...then it served its purpose.
Just check it out and share your opinions.
