video or post work in australia?

i am thinking about moving to aus. and am looking for some advice on work. does anyone know if there is much video or post work there ? i live in L.A. so im guessing that work might be a little harder to come by , but who knows. i would probably be living around sydney unless some one should tell me different

i am leaving to aussie too. where in aussie are you going to be. I am going to be in melbourne. i am taking my camera and editing suite.

its still just an idea at this point. if i do go i woujd probably end up being somewhere close to sydney since my girlfriend works for fox and thats where they are located in aus. she is looking into transfering , i have been asking around about the production scene down there and it seems like it is pretty dead. do you have work set up yet there ?
