HPX500 covers

Many of the connectors on the HPX500 have covers that are attached to the camera but some are not attached such as the cover for the timecode and video out. I am not sure why they didnt make all the covers attached.

I have checked the online parts list to get some extra covers but couldnt find them. Anyone know what part they are - Jan maybe????
