After Effects Pull down?

I am rendering some 24P (mot advanced) footage in after effetcs. I have heard you should have after effects remove the pulldown. then upon output, you add the pulldown.

What pattern WWSSW.... is the best to use.

ANy suggestions?

for ntsc it really doesn't matter. I use the 1st one in the dropdown however.
