Quick Cs3 Upgrade Question

I was looking into getting Cs3, and i was wondering if there is any benifit to buying the full Version of AE cs3 rather than the upgrade. How does the upgrade work? I know sometimes for upgrades you have to send in your previous version disk. This might be a dumb question but i just thought i'd ask. Thanks

There's no difference in features if that's what you're asking. Regarding the upgrade procedure I think you install it on top of the previous version (ex: CS2). You register/activate via the web from the computer that the app is loaded on. There's no returning disks or urine samples required. During installation you might be asked to enter the serial # of the version you're currently using.

All same features, you just have to have a valid ae 7, im not sure if you can use ae 6/6.5 for a cs3 upgrade. When you install it asks for your old serial and you enter it and you have cs3!
