Lokking for a good tripod under $1300.00

Hello, I've been doing some searching for another tripod . I curebtly use a Vinten pro 6 but I'd like to get something different. I found that the Vinten is a pretty good tripod but for the price it is lacking in a few minor ways such as the legs stick a little bit and the head could be a little more fluid. Does anyone have any sugestion for a good tripod or tripod combo for under $1300.00 that will knock my socks off?????

If you're up around $1300, the Cartoni Focus head and legs are pretty nice. They knocked my socks off, at least. Check out the articles section for Jarred's review and find a nearby dealer, because that Cartoni is smooth, very smooth.
