Where to find studio space in Manhattan

I need a quiet, clean studio space to bring a doctor to in Manhattan. Preferably around 1st Ave and 70th street.

It's just a talking head, straight into the camera telemprompter style. Nothing fancy. An quiet office would even work, as I'll be bringing my own lights/background.

I'm having trouble finding listings online, anyone know of a good site?
