We just purchased the HPX 500P and the PCD 20 drive. I downloaded the PCD 20 diver, my Dell Comp recognizes the drive, but when I put in a P2 Card it tells me my drive is empty...What gives?

TIA

You need to go to the Panasonic Website and udate the firmware in the PCD20.

Did you also upgrade your computer?

Jan, no computer upgrade. Is there something it needs? I'm using Avid DV Xpress, but was only trying to see if I could read a card with the basic computer, Dell GX280.

You can't read the cards without the drivers, and they need to be updated for the 16GB cards.

The drivers for the 16GB cards did the trick. Thanks THoff.
