I have been looking on the net for good video link transmitters for some time. I bought these micro small battery operated transmitters from www.Flex-Cam.com two weeks ago and hooked them up to an HVX200 on a Glidecam. I had the receiver velcroed to the back of my Sony DVD player and inputted the signal into it. There was the odd blip on the screen but other than that it worked fantastic through the whole 12 hour shoot. I was impressed by the video quality.

I just bought the diversity receiver yesterday and plan to use it in a small video video village set up next week. Did a test by setting up two patch antennas and faced them slightly away from each other. I finally tweaked the antennas to give me rock solid reception for the whole set. Did not see any interferance at all. I heard from another DP that they are coming out with a hand held Diversity. But have not scene anything on their website. Anyone heard anything?

I am curiouls also if anyone has tried the wireless pan tilt unit. Could get some cool pan effects. Anyone tried it?

Great if you like $50 paper weights on your desk. They use low gain 2.2 dBi antennas and very low transmission power. Your lucky if you get any kind of a signal to the next room. No built in battery.
