Can somebody provide me with a step by step on how to properly uprez my final footage starting with FCP4.1 and then S-Spline (now called PhotoZoom Pro)

Let's assume this is my starting point:

1-Captured 24pA footage from the DVX using the DV NTSC 48kHz Advanced (2:3:3:2) Pulldown Removal
2-Did all my editing in SD

Then what is the best format to export my image sequence Tif, TGA etc?

Also is there only one way to do this being using the File>Export>Using QuickTime Conversion>Image Sequence? If this is the only method, in the options dialog after choose my image format which would be the best settings?

In S-Spline do need to go higher than 1080x720 for a film out?

After I use the Batch feature in PhotoZoom Pro what would be the best way to reassemble it, should I use quicktime or FCP?

After I put the audio and video back together any recomendations on Media? Can i just simply buy a D-VHS deck and transfer using firewire? Will my computer need to play back the uprezzed video in realtime if it did this?

A detailed step by step would be greatly appreciated!

thanks to all in advance,

(M)
